Why/how
I started cycling: Started cycling in April 2002.
After years of running and looking for something to re-energize my
training, I saw an ad for the Lake Lanier Islands Duathlon.
I borrowed a friend's old Schwinn road bike (with down-tube
shifters, rode it one time before the race and still had a blast
with my first exposure to multi-sport.
First bike - details: LeMond Buenos Aires. Steel
alloy frame, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
Current
Cycling
Motivation: Build cycling to become my strength
activity. Learn for those who are more experienced and
talented. Fully develop my abilities in multi-sport.
Improve my focus, discipline, and commitment required to do well.
Have fun!
