Nick FrazierNick Frazier

Nickname:
"Nick the Stick"

Favorite bike:

My dad's 2007 Cervelo P2C "Bike of Pain".

Cycling History:
My dad influenced me to start riding.  I started riding my coaster-brake bike, Danger Chaser, when I was 5 years old.   My mom and dad gave me a road bike, Trek KD-1000, for my tenth birthday.  I started riding my Trek with my dad in 2002.

Cycling Accomplishments:
I have ridden 20.66 mph for 50 miles on my road bike.  I have been on the swim team for three years.  I have eaten four large pieces of Calvano's Pizza!  Yo! Yo! Yo!

My best three-mile time trial: 25.208 mph in 2007.

Cycling Goals:
To average more than 26 mph on a three-mile time trial.

Worst crash:

In the spring of 2004, one of the FC Kids leading the pace-line slowed down dramatically and I ran straight into Russell and crashed my road bike at 22 mph.  I flipped over my handlebars and rolled downhill, sliding with my bike.  I struggled to get out of the roadway because a white van was coming.  Mr. Freeman checked to see if any of my bones were broken.  Later mom took me to the emergency room.  My right knee was in a lot of pain.

Interesting Goals:
I want to ride my bike with the group on the Chattanooga Ride.
