Cynthia Lowe designed, created and maintains the Frazier Cycling website. Cynthia is a member of the Frazier Cycling support team and has been with Frazier Cycling Partners for 6 years.

Cynthia is currently on an extended sabbatical somewhere on the Frozen North Coast but continues to provide offsite support to the Frazier Cycling Partners and maintains the partner website.
