All members are required to be a part of a competitive swim group.

Includes:  Individual customized weekly written plan, initial telephone consultation to determine goals, nutritional guidelines, unlimited email contact. Monthly Skype webcam calls.

FJM  provides each Elite online member with a Training Peaks™ on-line account that includes web-based software for the following services:

  • Increased accountability
  • Tools that provide a superior user interface for the thorough examination of training data
  • State-of-the art features for creating, monitoring, and analyzing training plans
  • Provides web-based services accessible 24/7
  • Personalized training plan
  • Personalized Power Levels

Power meters are required for Elite online members.
