15th FCP Spring Century

On Saturday, April 4, 2009, Frazier Cycling held our fifteenth FCP Spring Century.  This was our all-time largest century event with 31 century riders (including yours truly) completing the 100 miles.  We had two groups with 21 in one group and ten in the other.

n the second of two sessions of the Cycling Power and Fitness Test.  Bob performed the test to set a baseline for his training as a member of our Frazier Cycling Team in the 2005 Sebring 12-hour Bicycle Race, which is being held in February.
